Alright guys...mark your calendars! Your looking at one of the four chef judges for this year's Iron Fork event. Yep, that's rightI will be joining Dewey LoSasso of The Forge, Michael Moran from FIU School of Hospitality Management and Adrianne Calvo of Chef Adrianne's at the judges table on Thursday, October 21st.

So what is Iron Fork you ask? Think Iron Chef meets South Beach Wine & Food Grand Tasting. But instead of kitchen stadium, enter a trendy downtown club and swap out Alton Brown for a jammin' band and hot DJ. Here is the breakdown.....

Not only will these two badass chefs be battling it out in a state-of-the-art Panda Kitchen, there will be samplings from a ton of local restaurants including some of my favorites like 8oz Burger Bar, Taverna Opa, The Grill on the Alley, and Moon Thai Japanese. Guests will also enjoy a complementary open bar featuring Famosa Beer, Bombay Sapphire and Barefoot wines. (I'm getting more excited as I type!!)
